 Terms and Conditions
By using VeneziaClub software, and provided you (the "User") are 18 years
old or more, you will be deemed to have manifested your consent to enter into
the following agreement with VeneziaClub and to accept its terms and conditions,
which have been accepted by VeneziaClub. Please read the agreement carefully,
and consult legal counsel in your jurisdiction if you have any doubts about
your rights and obligations; be sure to keep a copy for your records.
Purpose Of Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to regulate the legal relationship between VeneziaClub and the User once the User has received the VeneziaClub (c) software from www.VeneziaClub.com and applies the software for gambling on the Internet.
Declarations by User
The User declares and warrants that:
All User's details contained in the Registration Form submitted to VeneziaClub are true and correct.
User will use the software application to gamble on the Internet for his own private personal use only and not for any business use, or use by others.
To the best of his knowledge, User is not contravening any laws of his home jurisdiction by applying the software to gamble on the Internet.
User fully understands the methods, rules, and procedures of Internet gambling through the application of the software.
User is fully aware that there exists a risk of losing money when gambling on the Internet through the application of the software.
The source of the funds used by User for gambling on the Internet through the application of the software is not illegal.
Declarations by VeneziaClub
VeneziaClub declares and warrants that:
VeneziaClub, an International Business Corporation incorporated under the laws of Curacao fully licensed and regulated by the laws of that country for the purpose of operating virtual casino gambling on the Internet under the name: VeneziaClub (c), through the application of the software.
VeneziaClub's operation of virtual casino gambling is directed only towards users who by the laws of their home jurisdiction are not prohibited from gambling on the Internet through the application of the software. VeneziaClub carries no intent to enable a User to apply the software for gambling on the Internet in contravention of any law in the User's home jurisdiction.
Application of the software for gambling on the Internet ensures the User Ultimate Random and fair odds ("Vegas Rules" or better).
Using the latest private/public key encryption, VeneziaClub has made every reasonable effort to ensure that all passwords and user names employed by User are thoroughly secure against third party access while transferred on the Internet.
Rules and Instructions
The application of the software by the User shall be made exclusively in accordance with, and governed by, VeneziaClub's rules and instructions as detailed in the software and/or on VeneziaClub's Internet web site from time to time, including, without limitation, in respect of the gambling methods, playing rules, payment procedures, and payoffs of winnings.
Telecommunication Service Provider
VeneziaClub shall not, in any way, be responsible for any acts or omissions made by User's Telecommunication Service Provider ("TSP") with whom User has contracted to gain access to VeneziaClub (c), and VeneziaClub shall not be a party to any dispute between user and TSP, nor shall any such dispute have any effect on the obligations of User under this Agreement.
Copyrights / Trademarks
User undertakes to respect all applicable copyrights and/or trademarks related to VeneziaClub (c) operation and the software, and to exercise all necessary prudence in the use of the encryption key and other security measures.
User Abuse
In the event that VeneziaClub believes a User is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or is likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gaming policy adopted by VeneziaClub then VeneziaClub may, in its absolute discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from a User any bonus or other promotion, or rescind any policy in respect of that User, either temporarily or permanently.
Termination
User may terminate this Agreement by notifying VeneziaClub in writing at any time, provided User owes no money to VeneziaClub for any reason whatsoever.
VeneziaClub reserves the right to terminate User's membership, at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion, and in particular in case of any activity that may harm VeneziaClub and/or its members including, but not limited to, fraud, abuse of bonuses and other promotions, frivolous and unsubstantiated claims, and misuse of casino's software.
Upon termination by User or VeneziaClub as above, VeneziaClub shall refund User any funds, which may be in User's account over and above any amount, which may be owing to VeneziaClub (if any). In any case, refund shall not exceed the initial Deposit made by User.
Termination by User or VeneziaClub as above shall be without prejudice to recovery by either party of any amount legally due by the other party in virtue of this Agreement.
Applicable Law / Jurisdiction
This Agreement, the interpretation and execution thereof, and the relationship between the parties, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England. Any claim or dispute arising either directly or indirectly out of this Agreement, shall be brought before the competent court of the country of Curacao which court shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, VeneziaClub shall have the right to institute any legal proceedings against the User before the competent court in the User's home jurisdiction or elsewhere.
Amendments
VeneziaClub reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time as it sees fit. Users are advised to review these Terms and Conditions no less than once per month on the VeneziaClub website in order to ascertain what amendments, if any, have been made.
THIS AGREEMENT IS DEEMED ACCEPTED AND SIGNED
BY VeneziaClub
AND
BY USER
AS INDICATED IN THE INTRODUCTORY PARAGRAPH ABOVE UNDER THE HEADING "TERMS
AND CONDITIONS", ON THE DATE ON WHICH THE SOFTWARE HAS BEEN INSTALLED BY USER.

You may cash out at anytime. However, if you have not complied with the
following rules, you forfeit your bonus amount (s) plus any winnings made
from the bonus amount (s).
Unless otherwise stated promotions, bonus, or offerings cannot be combined
without the full consent of the VeneziaClub management team. A player must
wager the deposit plus associated bonus as specified in individual promotions
(craps, Genie's Hilo, baccarat, and roulette wagers are not included).
All promotional winnings must be played prior to withdrawal. If not otherwise
stated each promotion must be played for total a bet amount of 15 times
the prize. In cases where a deposit is required bet amount required for
withdrawal is based on the deposit plus bonus.
For all promotions, the roll over on Black Jack games is 20 times.
The maximum limit of bonus that can be claimed per individual is US $500.00
on any promotion, unless otherwise stated.
The Casino reserves the right to bar any promotion abusers from receiving
any further promotions at VeneziaClub.
All promotions are available only once per person, family, household address,
e-mail address, credit card number, and environments where computers are
shared (university, dormitory or fraternity, school, public library, workplace,
etc).
Customers may only have one account number in their name. Use of multiple
account numbers or names in order to receive bonus promotions is forbidden
and may result in the forfeiture of ALL bonus funds received and winnings
derived from such bonuses. Contact customer service if you have lost your
account number or password.
Only one promotion may be applied at any one time to any one player, unless
otherwise stated. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
VeneziaClub reserves the right to withdraw a promotion, at any time.
All promotions are designed only for genuine players who may be interested
in continuing membership and play at the casino and are happy to wager with
and risk their own money. Promotions may be deemed void at any time to individuals
or groups who abuse or have a record of promotional abuse or fraud (charge
backs) at VeneziaClub, VeneziaClub Partners websites or any of our affiliate
merchants. Any winnings accrued by such individuals or groups will be deemed
void and withheld.
*Member must have on file with VeneziaClub mailed scanned or faxed copy
of a picture ID with member address on it, to cash out winnings. This is
to prevent promo abuse and credit card fraud.

Additional Terms and Conditions
The promotion is for genuine players only.
Player must fulfill play requirements as outlined on the promotion to qualify for the bonus.
All deposit bonuses must be claimed before the play starts. No bonuses will be awarded after the client had started playing games in the casino.
Please note that the Welcome Bonus cannot be removed once issued.
If, while playing at this casino, you win a sum regarded by the Casino Management as worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any event of such a nature arranged by the Casino.
While the Casino protects all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use first names in any Casino announcement about promotion results.
All PLAY BONUS credits are for wagering purpose only, and you may not cash out the bonus. You may only cash out your winnings. (No withdrawal will be honored for an amount less than the PLAY BONUS. Upon your FIRST withdrawal (regardless of the number of deposits), any amount up to the equivalent value of the PLAY BONUS will be deducted from your play balance or winnings prior to settlement. The first credits wagered will be deducted from your deposit(s) rather than from the PLAY BONUS). Bonuses will be automatically removed from players accounts after a withdrawal request. If you withdraw before having met the minimum wagering requirements, your bonus and winnings will be void.
To be eligible for a bonus you must deposit a minimum of $20. The maximum amount of Neteller, Moneybookers, or PrepaidATM play bonuses accumulated in one month may not exceed $250, and the total bonus amount per account may not exceed $1,000.

Only one promotion (bonus) will be awarded per player, household and computer. VeneziaClub Casino accepts deposits and withdrawals in Euro (€) and in USD ($). If you make a deposit in a different currency, we will get it converted into Euro (€) or in USD ($).
If a deposit was made in a way that we can't verify your identity (e.g. Western Union) you will be required to prove that you are of legal age to gamble and that your account registration is correct. VeneziaClub Casino reserves the right to refuse or rescind the Play Bonus for any reason including, but not restricted to, player abuse. In case of abuse, VeneziaClub Casino reserves the right to discontinue player's membership and to prevent the player from accessing VeneziaClub Casino in the future.
The Casino reserves the right to bar any promotion abusers from receiving any further promotions at VeneziaClub Casino, as well as the right to pass on any information regarding known abusers to RTG. This will ensure that they will be barred from promotions at all Casinos utilizing the services of RTG.
Players with one or more pending withdrawals currently in their account are not eligible to receive any bonuses, promotional or otherwise, until such withdrawals are either processed or cancelled. Abuse of this policy, as defined by the casino, may result in cancellation of the player's winnings.

VeneziaClub Casino reserves the right to withhold any amount in excess of the players original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the bonus is wagered in all versions of Roulette, all versions of Blackjack, all versions of Baccarat, all versions of Sic Bo, Casino War, Red Dog, Genie's Hilo, Craps, European Slot Poker, all versions of Video Poker (including the doubles), and all versions of Table Games.
By participating and winning in any promotion, tournament, contest or other games at VeneziaClub Casino you grant the right your name, e-mail address and/or username to be used for promotional purposes without further compensation by VeneziaClub Casino.
Players may request a maximum of 2 withdrawals from their account at anytime within a maximum overall withdrawal limit of $5,000 per month. No one withdrawal may have a value in excess of $2,500. At the management’s discretion this rule may be waived for VeneziaClub Casino VIP Club members.
The management reserves the right to end or cease awarding any promotion as well as change the terms and conditions at any time and it is player’s responsibility to periodically check up the web site for changes.

Members agree to abide by the house rules. The house will make the utmost
effort to protect and secure its members information. VeneziaClub will not
sell or share any members info or member lists. VeneziaClub reserves right
to utilize player info and lists for in-house marketing purposes. The personal
identity and details of all members will remain confidential.
Members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should
keep their account information confidential. Should a member give away,
share or loose his account number and/or password VeneziaClub will not be
held liable for any claims regarding that account.
In order to maintain the security of your online credit card transactions,
and to process your withdrawal requests, our in-house cashier needs a signed
authorization form with proof of identification. The same is needed for
all deposits of $250.00 and more. Please, send a copy of your credit card

Members can cash-out their bonus at any time as long as the requirements
for cash-out have been met.
Management reserves the right to monitor all wagers and transactions. Suspicious
play may be void and suspicious members may be banned at the managements
discretion. The managements decision is final.
All Internet wagers must be placed through the user interface provided
by VeneziaClub's downloaded software or through its Web pages. Any Internet
wagering through other means, including the use of a "robot" player, is
strictly forbidden. In the event that use of non-approved client software
is detected, Management reserves the right to invalidate all such wagers
retroactively, cancel the player's account, or take any other appropriate
action.
The casino reserves the right to close Real accounts registered via credit
cards from certain countries. This policy was introduced after a high volume
of credit card fraud was recorded in these countries. Winnings from these
accounts will not be paid out more than the amount of the purchases made
on the account if purchases were made by credit card.
